Last month, the Miami-Doral branch celebrated their reopening with a Taste of Marcone event that brought out more than 200 customers. After consolidating the warehouse and retail locations in the Miami area, and following some exciting renovations to the store, branch manager Saul Flores and his team opened their doors to impress the public with the new space and signature Marcone customer experience.
Throughout the event, attendees were treated to Latin-inspired food, a domino table, merchandise discounts, and GE giveaways from representative Karen Linquist. One of the most popular perks of the day was MSA trainer Bill Jurney’s “Parts Pong” game. Bill was also on hand to introduce the store’s Knowledge Corner, a resource for techs to quickly find repair tips and parts they need while in-store.
Of course, the highlight of the event was the store itself. While Marcone Miami has served thousands of customers over the years, it’s now even better equipped to process orders, host wholesale customers, and wow retail shoppers. The integration with our cooling and heating division brings all of the area inventory under one roof, and a brand new showroom, offices, and conference room ensure customers are comfortable and confident in their distributor.
