And in Canada especially, it’s become clear that demand for this comprehensive hands-on education in the latest appliance repair is only going to continue increasing. The MSA Fall Training was definitely well received, the whole team pitched in to make this event a huge success.
Technicians who attended received half-hour training session on our wholesale website MyMarcone, an introduction to our exclusive SwiftLink POS software, and the MyPartsCenter retail sales program, as well as an in depth overview on three new appliances: the Whirlpool Dual Evaporator Refrigerator, the Whirlpool Front Load Steam Washer, and the Electrolux/Frigidaire New Style Solaro Dishwasher. All training products this fall were graciously supplied by our business partners at Whirlpool and Electrolux.
We expanded the MSA Training Program in Canada this fall to include Montreal, Quebec. The attendance was an overwhelming success, with 32 technicians and five service companies signing up for MSA Memberships immediately.
